Indemnity and Liability: The applicant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Hughes Brook, its Council, employees, agents and volunteers from claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from or connected with the applicant’s use of the Town Hall, the event, or the conduct of the applicant, guests, invitees, contractors or participants, including personal injury, death or property damage. This clause does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Town or anyone for whom the Town is legally responsible.
