Every application needs a property survey, proof of ownership and a plan marking where the work will occur. A map screenshot supplements the survey. Building proposals must show front, rear and side setbacks. Lot coverage is the combined building footprint after the work divided by total lot area, multiplied by 100. Only questions relevant to your selections are displayed; do not enter zero for measurements that do not apply. The Town may request additional information before deciding the application.
